Nicole works with her husband, Calle, to help bring homes to the real estate market looking their best, and this house--which was the couple's first home in Portland--is certainly no exception! The classic Northwest Craftsman blends Scandinavian simplicity with modern charm.
When styling and staging homes, Nicole likes to use local resources for the decor so that the home reflects the community it sits within while also showcasing the best of Portland's design scene. She chose a custom Alameda Sofa from Perch to complement the home’s serene aesthetic. We love how the curvy sofa contrasts with the living room's more geometric built-ins and fireplace. The boucle fabric adds a touch of luxury while maintaining the cozy, welcoming vibe that defines the space. The sofa’s understated elegance harmonizes with the light, neutral palette and the natural light that floods the room through large windows.
